Carving machine introduction


  Carving machine It is a kind of CNC machine tool. CNC milling machine with small tool, high power and high speed spindle motor for small milling or soft metal processing equipment.


  There is no concept of engraving machine in foreign countries. They are mainly machining centers (computers).   The multi-function engraving machine is a CNC machine tool that combines engraving, milling, cutting, drilling and tapping. It can realize the switching of various functions through automatic tool change, and realize multi-purpose of one machine. It can be carved at high speed and medium speed. Application requirements                  


1. Steady speed accuracy: The speed fluctuation error of the spindle running stably, the error control requirement is within 0.3%.


2. rapid acceleration / deceleration: In order to improve work efficiency, the acceleration and deceleration time is required to be as short as possible, generally required to complete in 3 to 5 seconds.


3. to avoid overshoot phenomenon: from one speed to another speed of the oscillator, generally require the overshoot is as small as possible.


4. low-speed heavy cutting requirements: low-frequency large torque output is required when machining some workpieces. Low-speed heavy cutting is the most important indicator to determine whether the drive is suitable for multi-function engraving and milling electromechanical spindle applications.


5. high-speed light cutting requirements: high-speed CNC system and excellent servo motor characteristics, the error is as small as possible.


6. high environmental adaptability: due to the special nature of machine tool processing materials, on-site metal dust, oil, moisture and other harsh environments, the driver needs a higher level of protection;


7. Low-speed rigid tapping: When machining the internal thread, synchronously control the rotation of the spindle and the feed of the Z-axis, so that the precision of the tapping can be guaranteed.
